• Trademarks and Branding: TruFlow name, logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand elements
• Documentation: User manuals, technical documentation, and instructional materials
• User Interfaces: Website design, platform interfaces, and user experience elements
• Proprietary Methods: Compliance methodologies, assessment frameworks, and analytical processes
• Reports and Analytics: Report templates, analytical tools, and dashboard designs
• Database Rights: Compiled data, databases, and information repositories

Your Content and Data Rights

You retain ownership of your workflow data, content, and intellectual property submitted to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and analyze your data solely for providing our services
• Generate compliance reports and assessments based on your workflows
• Create anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement purposes
• Store and backup your data as necessary for service provision

Feedback and Suggestions

Dispute Resolution

The arbitration will be conducted in English in California, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Force Majeure
